RENTAL CONDITION:
Term of lease: valid from Saturday to Saturday. Time of arrival, 3pm and
departure at 10am.
Payment: first instalment is 25 % of the rental price, to be paid not later
than 14 days after the receipt of the rental confirmation. The second
instalment is the remaining 75 % and to be paid 4-weeks before the beginning
of the lease.
Deposit:  is charged together with the second instalment. The deposit is
refunded when the house has been checked and approved by the owner, though
after 14 - 21 days from the day of departure.
House not over 100 square metres, 102,- Euro.  House over 100 square metres,
136,- Euro. House with Whirlpool, 136,- Euro.  Pool house, 272,- Euro.

 Cancellation:
- More than 90 days before the lease begins, a cancellation fee of 10 % of
the total price is charged, though minimum 41,- Euro.
- 89-30 days before the lease begins, a cancellation fee of 25 % of the
total price is charged, though minimum 55,- Euro.
- 29-8 days before the lease begins, a cancellation fee of 75 % of the total
price is charged.
-  7-0 days before the lease begins, the entire price is charged.
Cancellation insurance: can be ordered at Morsø Turistbureau.
Cleaning: The cleaning of the house is the tenant's responsibility. Before
departure, both the house and the furniture are to be cleaned and returned
in the same condition as at the time of arrival. The lack of cleaning will
be ordered and charged at the tenant's expense. Cleaning of the house can be
ordered at Morsø Turistbureau. An ordered cleaning doesn’t mean that the tenant is free from dish washing, emptying the refrigerator, freezer and clear out inside and outside the summer house before departure.
Price: house not over 100 square metres, 102,- Euro. House over 100 square
metres, 136,- Euro.   House with Whirlpool, 136,- Euro.  Pool house, 272,- Euro.
The holiday cottage: The tenant is liable for damages concerning personal
properties and damages caused during the lease period. All damages are to be
compensated before departure. If any damages or defects are discovered after
the departure, these are to be repaired and/or replaced at the tenant's expense.
Only the number of people stated in the description is allowed to live in
the house without special permission.
Consumption: electricity, water etc. are exclusive all year, unless
something else appears in the description or on the rental confirmation.
Consumption has to be paid upon the delivery of the key.
Others: Morsø Turistbureau cannot be held liable for bugs or the like in and
around the house (wasps, earwigs, mice and so forth).
Programmed channels on TVs and satellite dishes should not be altered.
Bring your own: bed linens, towels, dish towels, dishcloths and toilet
paper, etc.

AS A TENANT YOU ARE LIABLE FOR THE HOUSE AND THE FURNITURE DURING THE LEASE
PERIOD
